Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
- This tournament is strictly for male participants only.
- Players must be 16 years or older as of 1st January 2025.
- Only medically fit players will be allowed to participate.
Registration Deadline
- All players must complete their registration on or before 15th September 2025.
- No late entries will be entertained under any circumstances.
Entry Fee
- A ₹500 entry fee is applicable per player at the time of registration.
- Refund Policy:
- If a player is not selected in the auction, the ₹500 will be refunded after the auction.
- If a player is selected, the ₹500 will be refunded only after the completion of the league.
- No refund will be provided if:
- The player withdraws after selection, or
- Leaves the league midway, for any reason.
Player Selection & Team Formation
- All selections will be done through an official player auction conducted by the organizers.
- Players will be randomly placed into teams based on the auction outcomes.
- Players cannot change teams after being auctioned.
Conduct & Commitment
- Participants are expected to maintain discipline, punctuality, and sportsmanship throughout the league.
- Players must be available for the entire duration of the tournament, including all match days and ceremonies.
Kit & Gear
- Official jerseys will be provided. Players may bring personal cricket equipment subject to approval.
Liability & Injuries
- The organizers are not responsible for any injuries or medical emergencies during the event.
- Players are advised to be insured or take precautions as per personal health requirements.
Media Release
- By registering, players consent to the use of their photographs, names, and match footage for promotional and media purposes related to APL T20 2025.
Disqualification Clause
- Any false information, misconduct, or violation of rules can lead to disqualification without refund.
